This sub-committee has now been terminated. The remit of the sub-committee was, within the approved corporate framework, to decide on service packaging, service specifications, selection of tenderers, awarding of contracts, and monitoring of contract performance; to accept tenders for previously approved projects and to consider such other procurement related matters falling within the remit of the Finance and Resources Policy Board as are delegated to it by that Board.
