You First Advocacy
Presentation by Danila Leonardi.

The Engagement and Development Officer, You First Advocacy presented information on the role of You First Advocacy which detailed information of those categories of people to whom they provided support. The presentation further advised that independent advocacy meant that the advocate worked separately from the organisations that provided care, support, or made decisions about the person’s life.
DECIDED: That the content of the presentation be noted.

Robertson Park Pond Project
Verbal update by Lindsey Hepburn, Senior Manager Neighbourhood Service, Environment, Housing & Infrastructure.

L Hepburn, Neighbourhood Services gave a presentation which detailed information on the Robertson Park Pond Improvement Project and advised of funding received together with details of those areas which required repair and planned ongoing maintenance. The Senior Manager advised that further information on progress would be provided to a future meeting of this Local Partnership.
DECIDED: That the contents of the presentation be noted.

Renfrew Local Place Plan
Verbal update by Kevin Milliken, Renfrew Development Trust.

A verbal report was provided by K Milligan, Renfrew Development Trust in relation to Renfrew Place Plan. Drafting of the Plan had started and categorisation was being considered A live survey was active for Renfrew residents, and would be issued to schools, copies of which were available within Renfrew Town Hall and Library. He advised the draft Local Place Plan would be prepared by mid-January 2026.
DECIDED: That the information provided be noted.
