There was submitted the Minute of the meeting of this Local Partnership held on 19 February 2025.

There was submitted a report by the Chief Executive, Renfrewshire Council, relative to applications for grant funding which had been put forward for consideration by the Renfrew Local Partnership.  The report set out that the sum available for dispersal for 2024/25 was £134,703 and that the total value of applications made was £165,916.22.

(ii)  that the undernoted applications be declined:-

There was submitted a report by the Chief Executive relative to the funds allocated by
this Local Partnership in 2024/25 and the current budget position.

DECIDED: That the report be noted.

There was submitted a report by the Chief Executive relative to an update on the Partnership’s local development programme and the Celebrating Renfrewshire programme.

The report recommended that a member (elected member or community representative) be invited to the Celebration Renfrewshire steering panel as a Local Partnership Liaison Member. After discussion, it was agreed that contact be made with the young people on the Partnership to ascertain if they would be willing to volunteer.

DECIDED

(a)  That the report be noted; and

(b)  That it be agreed that contact be made with the young people on the Partnership to ascertain if they would be willing to volunteer.

Discussion with Alastair MacArthur, Director of Finance & Resources, Renfrewshire Council.
