There was submitted a report by the Chief Executive relative to an update on the Partnership’s budget for 2024/25 and feedback on the use of grants provided by Paisley North West and Central Local Partnership to community groups in 2024/25.  The Paisley North, West and Central Local Partnership Budget Monitoring Report for 2024/25 was attached as Appendix 1 to the report and the feedback received from community groups was attached as Appendix 2.

DECIDED: That the budget monitoring report and feeedback reports be noted.

There was submitted a report by Chief Executive relative to applications for funding from Paisley North, West and Central Local Partnership in 2025/26. 

Following discussion on all applications received and the Local Partnership’s priorities, the Chair proposed that the undernoted applications be awarded as detailed:

There was submitted a report by the Chief Executive relative to an update of activities undertaken in relation to the Local Partnership and requesting that a member of the Local Partnership be invited to the Celebrating Renfrewshire steering panel as a Local Partnership Liaison Member.

DECIDED:

(a) That the report be noted; and 

(b) That the two young people who had been asked to join this Local Partnership be invited to the Celebrating Renfrewshire steering panel as Local Partnership Liaison Members.
Discussion item

Consideration was given to possible items that could be the subject of presentations to future meetings of this Local Partnership.

Following discussion, three possible areas for further development or presentation were agreed: direct feedback from community groups on grant funding outcomes; anti-social behaviour; and violence and young people.

DECIDED: That the three areas identified be further developed and be the subject of presentations to future meetings of this Local Partnership.
The next meeting of this Local Partnership will be held on 26 August 2025
