The Area Convener indicated that there was 1 additional item which had not been included in the notice calling the meeting. The Area Convener, being of the opinion that the item which were dealt with at item 12 of the agenda was competent and relevant, authorised its consideration.
PPA Attendance at Hearings
E Anderson referred to the possibility of PPA’s attending Hearings in January 2021 and indicated that she had not been formally advised of this and had not prepared a rota.
The Area Convener that CHS had discussed the possibility of observations recommencing however there were issues in terms of capacity.
The Locality Reporter Manager indicated that the position would be reviewed in January.
DECIDED: That the report be noted.
